2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to paid services supplied through Judit Starlight, including Intuitive Guidance & Healing sessions and Email Angel Readings. The separate Service Policies form part of these terms.
3. Eligibility
Services are available only to clients aged 18 or over.
4. Booking, contract formation and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required in advance. A live-session booking becomes confirmed when payment has been received and I send a confirmation email for the appointment. For an Email Angel Reading, the service can proceed once payment has been received and the necessary suitable question(s) and information have been provided.
Payment is currently arranged through Revolut unless another method is agreed in writing. An invoice is issued in accordance with applicable requirements.
5. Prices
- Intuitive Guidance & Healing — $120, up to 90 minutes.
- Email Angel Reading — 1 question / 1 topic: $44.
- Email Angel Reading — up to 3 distinct topics: $120.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and non-attendance
Live-session cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the Service Policies. In summary, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the case of non-attendance, the full session fee is retained and a new booking/payment is required. These contractual rules do not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Email Angel Reading delivery and clarification
Email readings are normally delivered within 5 working days after payment and receipt of the complete, suitable question(s). Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Hungarian public holidays. One brief clarification relating to the original reading may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
8. Statutory withdrawal / cooling-off rights
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance contract with a consumer, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
If you ask me to begin providing the service during that 14-day period and later withdraw before the service is fully completed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided. Once a service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgment that you will lose the right of withdrawal on full performance, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply to that completed service, to the extent permitted by law.
Where early performance is requested, the consent wording used is:
I expressly request that Judit begin providing the service before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period. I understand that if I withdraw after performance has begun, I may be required to pay for the part of the service already provided, and that I may lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully completed.
To exercise a right of withdrawal, email info@juditstarlight.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use the following wording if helpful: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name].”
9. Refunds
Refunds are made where required by law or where these Terms or the Service Policies expressly provide for one. An Email Angel Reading is not refundable simply because you dislike or disagree with the content once the reading has begun, subject always to any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
10. Nature of the services and responsibility
The services provide spiritual support and personal exploration. They are not counselling or psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice. No particular outcome, prediction or future event is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions.
11. Complaints and consumer disputes
Please send complaints first to info@juditstarlight.com so I can try to resolve the matter directly.
Where Hungarian consumer-protection rules apply, consumers may also be entitled to contact the Budapesti Békéltető Testület (Budapest Conciliation Board) for out-of-court dispute resolution. 12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law, without depriving a consumer of any mandatory protection that applies under the law of the consumer’s country of residence where such protection cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in force when a booking or order is made will apply to that contract unless a change is required by law.
