2. Personal data that may be processed

  • your name, email address and the content of messages you send;
  • booking details, appointment information and service-related correspondence;
  • questions, topics and optional background information you choose to provide for an Email Angel Reading;
  • payment and invoicing information needed to administer payment and issue an invoice;
  • technical information such as IP address, browser/device information and security/server logs where generated by the website or hosting service;
  • account or display information visible when we communicate through an agreed online platform.

Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry or service.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Personal data may be used to reply to enquiries, arrange and provide a requested service, process payments and invoices, meet legal and accounting obligations, handle cancellations or complaints, and protect the security and proper operation of the website and email systems.

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests in administering and protecting the service, or consent where consent is the appropriate legal basis.

4. Service providers and recipients

Where relevant, personal data may be processed by service providers used to operate the website or deliver the service. These may include Hostinger for website hosting and email, Revolut for payments, Számlázz.hu / KBOSS.hu Kft. for invoicing, and the online communication platform agreed with you, such as WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

Each provider may process data under its own privacy terms. Where a provider transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, the provider is responsible for using an applicable lawful transfer mechanism.

5. Retention

  • general enquiries: normally up to 12 months after the last communication;
  • booking and service correspondence: normally up to 5 years after the service is completed where reasonably needed for administration, complaints or legal claims;
  • invoices and supporting accounting records: for the period required by applicable Hungarian tax and accounting law;
  • technical logs and backups: according to the normal retention and security arrangements of the relevant website/hosting provider.

Information may be deleted earlier where it is no longer needed and no legal reason requires continued retention.

6. Cookies and website technology

The website may use technical cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, basic functionality and user preferences. If non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
